Leisure Travel Consultant
Customer-facing role for an experienced and knowledgeable travel agent.
No evenings or weekends.
Recent experience required (3 years+).
Creating the perfect holidays for our customers, you need proven ability in a travel shop environment, with competent computer use.
Candidates should be familiar with a range of tour operators, destinations and holiday products. Workload will include working on cruise, tailor-made, family holidays, and luxury travel.
Daily tasks involve providing accurate quotes and information to clients via shop, phone and email, all aspects of researching and creating bookings, administration, & ensuring clients have the best possible booking and travel experience.
You will work closely with the company directors, assisting them with preparing quotes and making bookings for their VIP clients.
Attention to detail and positive, friendly attitude is a must.
Ability to keep up with industry changes, news and regulation is key.
Salary is not based on sales targets. The salary is guaranteed as we reward customer service, not hard selling. Exact salary will be based on your experience, knowledge and hours.
Additional pay bands for those with GDS abilities.
No weekend or evening work - Monday-Friday

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,500.00 per year FT. **Additional pay bands for those with GDS abilities or significant Tour Op experience.**
