A principally technical role within the Fleet Management Team. This role will involve the independent and competent management of multiple commercial engine projects on behalf of third-party customers and internal requirements.
- Act as virtual powerplant manager for airline customers.
- Shop Visit Management
- Table/Physical Piece Part Inspection
- Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) / Engine Condition Monitoring (ECM) analysis.
- Invoice Review
- MRO Contract Negotiation and Selection
- Engine Transition Management
- Technical Records Due Diligence
- Engine Physical Inspection/External Parts Inventory
- Borescope Inspection Overview and Analysis
- MPA/Test Cell Run Overview and Analysis
- Lease Contract Review, Interpretation and Negotiation
- Attendance at OEM technical conferences
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a powerplant focused role.
- Degree qualified preferred.
- Technical knowledge across a number of the CFM, P&W, GE, IAE & RR products.
- A desire to further increase their understanding of technical and commercial engineering and financial principles relating to aero engine management.
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office products.
- Self-motivated and quality driven.
- The ability to be a strong communicator.
- Able to live and work in the UK/Wales.
This role can require frequent and at times short notice international travel.
