Higgs Building Services specialises in Customer Care work for National House Builders and refurbishment works. We also carry out insurance works all operating from our office in Nazeing.
Our work is based in London and surrounding areas. (Applicants must live within a 10 mile radius of Nazeing due to our yard/office location).
Job description:
We require a Multi Trader/Bathroom Fitter to carry out remedial works in residential properties as per work instructions issued daily, materials to be sourced by the office and collected as required. Ideally someone with multi trade skills would be preferred. You will be provided with a Van and uniform and a fuel card.
- Photos to be taken on arrival at the property
- All working areas to be protected
- Works to be carried out in a professional manner ensuring customer satisfaction
- Photos of works completed to be taken before leaving the property
- At the end of each day a worksheet is to be completed confirming works undertaken, and outstanding works, where necessary
Skills required:
The Multi-trader will need to be able to use their own initiative, work on their own or as part or as a team and have a positive attitude.
Previous handy man experience beneficial
Good time keeping is a must
Hands on approach and enjoy practical work
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer Care experience preferred but not essential
Plumbing is essential
Tiling an advantage
CSCS Card
Additional Qualifications would be a benefit:
