Pay & Rewards
- Mileage paid at 42p per mile (every mile covered while on shift)
- Starting rates 0-6 months service 12.80 per hour weekdays £13.25 at weekends
- Pay rise after 6 months’ service to £13.00 per hour weekdays £13.55 at weekends

About You
- Friendly, compassionate, and dependable
- Passionate about caring for others
- Experience in care is preferred but not essential – full training provided
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Able to commute around Chesterfield and nearby areas
Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing)
- Supporting with toileting and continence care
- Preparing meals and assisting at mealtimes
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Recording visit notes using our easy online system
- Reporting any concerns or changes in service users’ wellbeing
