As Duty Manager you will:
· Have solid, proven experience working in busy hotels, restaurants or bars.
· Have experience training, developing and leading a team.
· Have experience hosting events and special occasions.
· Be able to demonstrate solid F&B knowledge and lead and manage a busy restaurant.
· Take responsibility for the hotel operations as Duty Manager on site.
· Take pride in your work and always have a genuine smile on your face.
· Be outgoing, communicative and welcoming and enjoy looking after people.
· Make guests feel welcome and ensure they have an amazing experience.
· Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
· Adhere to COSHH, Health & Safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards and our policies and procedures.
· Respect your fellow colleagues, collaborate with other departments and be a part of one excellent, hardworking and successful team.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
