We are looking for a Chef to join our small, friendly team in a well-organised hotel kitchen. The successful candidate will work alongside and under the direction of our Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping to deliver a high standard of food and service.
This position would be ideal for someone who has previous cooking experience and may have stepped away from full-time kitchen work but is now looking for a part-time role that offers flexibility while still being part of a professional kitchen team.
We are ideally looking for a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef with the skills and enthusiasm to contribute to our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have around 2 years of kitchen experience, although we would also consider a talented and motivated individual with less experience who is keen to develop.
Our restaurant service includes morning breakfast shifts and evening dinner service only. Occasional daytime work may be required to assist with functions and special events.
The successful candidate would need to be available to work at least two weekday evenings per week, with the possibility of additional shifts to cover holidays, staff days off, and busy periods.
