We are seeking a Receptionist / Front of House professional to serve as the primary interface between internal operations and clients, delivering a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience.
As a key member of the facilities team, you will ensure all visitors and clients receive outstanding service while maintaining an organised and efficient reception environment.
Job Description
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills who can manage reception activities, administrative processes, visitor management, and meeting room coordination.
The successful candidate will contribute to a positive workplace experience while supporting operational and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Manage visitor sign-in processes and ensure accurate visitor records are maintained.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, room setups, and associated hospitality requirements.
- Maintain reception coverage during operational hours and handle enquiries efficiently.
- Complete administrative duties using systems including Saffron, Assessnet, Velocity, and other required platforms.
- Conduct stock checks and order front of house and cleaning products as required.
- Coordinate functions and events, arranging equipment, setup, maintenance, and hospitality services.
- Uphold Health & Safety requirements and maintain a clean, tidy, and professional reception environment.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Previous Front of House experience within a corporate or hotel reception environment.
- Previous experience handling calls and managing switchboards or busy reception lines.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors at all levels.The Company
