Web Sales / Sales Advisor
Hours: 40hrs p/w, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00) (Saturday & Sunday 09:00-17:00)
Salary: £30,784.00pa (£14.80ph)

Summary
Todd Doors are seeking a dedicated Web Sales Advisor to join our team in Bournemouth. We don’t bother with salesmen, we employ people and create door experts, who can take a customer’s ambition and help it become reality. This exciting vacancy has arisen for an experienced product sales professional to become a member of our team.
The successful candidate will delight in assisting with all aspects of a customer journey. From initial contact, to booking the final delivery in a confident, efficient, professional, yet friendly manner.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds all customer’s expectations
- Dealing with customers’ orders and queries in a confident, efficient and professional manner
- Comprehensive product knowledge (enabling alternatives to be suggested to customers and expert advice given)
- Wherever possible, identifying improvements to processes to enhance customer service, reduce costs, improve margin etc.
- Matching the needs of the customer to the best product available, remembering ironmongery, upselling and stock levels.
- Ensuring all deliveries are checked off accurately, promptly and that relevant paperwork is passed on efficiently and quickly.
- Resolving any customer issues/inquiries to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Keeping paperwork precise and clear so that tasks may be followed by colleagues (particularly whoever is covering for your day off).
- Ensure specific customer requirements (e.g. glass, rebating etc.) are processed efficiently, promptly and to meet delivery promise.
- Ensure all promises made to customers are realistic, achievable and are completed
- Convert online inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Assist customers throughout the order process from initial enquiry to post-sale support.
- Collaborate with the team to improve online sales processes and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
