We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Administrative Assistant to work directly with our Director, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Director and assist with daily business operations.
- Manage emails, calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, suppliers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate property-related administration and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with document preparation for property acquisitions, developments, and compliance requirements.
- Handle general office administration, including purchasing office supplies and coordinating deliveries.
- Conduct online research and compile information as required.
- Support various business projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Desirable
- Experience in the property, construction, or real estate sector.
- Familiarity with project coordination or document management.
- Experience using cloud-based collaboration tools.
