Lead our Aftersales Team and help drive the future of service excellence.
At Techni Systems, we design, manufacture, install and support vehicle-mounted compressed air systems and bespoke vehicle conversions for customers across the UK and Europe. We're looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our Aftersales Department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who thrives on developing people, improving processes and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll lead our Workshop Technicians, Field Service Technicians and Service & Operations Coordinator while helping shape the future of our aftersales operation.
As Aftersales Manager, you'll take ownership of the entire Aftersales operation, ensuring our customers continue to receive industry-leading service while supporting the growth and success of Techni Systems.
You'll use data and performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, develop your team and implement new ways of working that improve efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
You'll also provide technical support within the department, providing guidance to technicians and helping resolve complex technical issues.
What you'll be doing
You'll lead the entire Aftersales function, ensuring our workshop and field service operations deliver exceptional service, quality and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading and developing our workshop and field service teams.
· Coaching, mentoring and supporting employee development.
· Managing departmental KPIs and reporting performance to senior management.
· Driving continuous improvement projects and streamlining processes.
· Providing technical leadership and supporting complex diagnostics.
· Working collaboratively with multiple departments.
· Ensuring outstanding customer service and high-quality workmanship.
· Identifying training needs and building capability across the team.
· Improving operational efficiency, productivity and profitability.
What we're looking for
You'll have:
· Experience managing technical service or workshop teams.
· Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
· Strong analytical and reporting ability.
· A passion for continuous improvement.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills.
· A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
· Strong technical knowledge within automotive or commercial vehicle industries.
· A full UK Driving Licence.
