Job Title: Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
Location: Moltons Dental & Aesthetics, Bexley Village
Job Type: Part-time or full-time
Pay: From £15.50 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
Moltons Dental & Aesthetics is a family-run, independent, modern private dental practice in Bexley Village. Our practice has recently been renovated and expanded, and we provide general dentistry, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign and advanced restorative treatments.
We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will have previous dental experience, ideally in a private practice, and a good understanding of the patient journey from initial enquiry and consultation through to treatment acceptance and completion.
The role will involve welcoming patients, managing enquiries, supporting patients through their treatment journey, discussing treatment plans and finance options, following up with patients, helping improve treatment acceptance, and supporting the reception and clinical team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous dental experience, ideally at least 2 years
- Private practice experience preferred
- GDC registration desirable
- Good understanding of treatment coordination and the patient journey
- Confidence discussing fees, finance options and treatment plans
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A friendly, professional and caring manner
- An interest in patient conversion, follow-up and practice growth
Experience with implants, cosmetic dentistry or Invisalign would be an advantage, although training can be provided for the right person.
