We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards and client expectations
- Maintain a tidy and organised work environment at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements or preferences
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Skills
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between multiple locations
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation is desirable but training will be provided
