Immigration Adviser / CILEX Immigration Practitioner (Part-Time)
Join Our Growing IAA Level 3 Immigration Law Team
We are an established IAA Level 3 regulated immigration law firm seeking an experienced CILEX Immigration Practitioner or IAA-accredited Immigration Adviser (Level 2 or above) to join our growing team on an urgent basis.
This is a part-time, flexible role, with opportunities to work remotely, on a consultancy basis, or under a fee-sharing arrangement.
Our firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality UK immigration advice and representation. We specialise in both personal and business immigration, providing tailored legal services to a diverse range of clients.
Key Requirements
- A valid IAA (formerly OISC) Level 2 or above accreditation, or qualification as a CILEX Immigration Practitioner.
- Proven experience handling a broad range of UK immigration matters, including both personal and business immigration cases.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration law, policy, and practice.
- The ability to manage a varied caseload independently and provide clear, professional advice to clients.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and client care skills.

Pay: £24,420.00-£37,000.00 per year
