About the Role:
Part‑time: Saturday and/or Sunday mornings
Year‑round work (approx. 48–50 weekends per year)
Lead Coach, Assistant Coach and Head Coach* positions available
Great pay for the right candidates
*Head Coach position
This involves travelling around various venues, training and guiding the coaching team, and overseeing class quality control. The candidate must be available on both Saturday & Sunday mornings. This is a senior role and previous coaching or teaching experience (or similar) is required.
What We’re Looking For:
Confident, enthusiastic, and brilliant with kids
Reliable and punctual
Strong communicator
Experience with children or coaching is a bonus (not essential)
Based near St Albans, Redbourn, Harpenden or Berkhamsted
Driving licence/car helpful but not essential
