What you'll be doing
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll help create a positive experience for every customer while supporting a variety of retail campaigns for our clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Getting to know customers and understanding what they're looking for
- Introducing products and services that meet individual needs
- Building trust through genuine, professional conversations
- Supporting promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve campaign goals
- Continuing to develop your product knowledge and communication skills
You'll be given the training and confidence to grow into the role, with ongoing support from experienced team members throughout your journey.
