Purpose:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Claimant Personal Injury Paralegal to deal with and run an RTA case load of OIC disputed claims.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of RTA claims, OIC claims where liability is disputed or partially disputed

Pursuing claims through pre and post-litigation stages, making full use of our case management system;

Complying with agreed service standards;

Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses, Counsel and solicitors;

Dealing with administration as required.
Skills/Competencies Required:
-
Previous claimant personal injury case handling experience, including liability disputed cases involving split settlements;

Previous experience of dealing with MIB claims;

Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Good attention to detail;
