About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our busy, high-performing housekeeping team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest cleaning standards, supporting and inspiring your room attendants, and ensuring every guest enjoys a clean and welcoming stay.
This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same, you’ll balance team supervision with quality checks and practical support where needed.
You must live locally to TW17 postcode or be able to easily commute to this area (due to limited public transport).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising and motivating a team of Room Attendants
- Conducting daily room and area inspections to ensure exceptional standards
- Supporting training and development of new team members
- Assisting with daily housekeeping operations to keep everything running smoothly
- Working closely with management to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction
