Summary
"Front of House Team Member" is a key role at The Townhouse, where you will be the face of our establishment. Whether full-time or part-time, your contribution will help us create memorable dining experiences for our guests and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Prepare and present food items according to established standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Manage order taking and processing efficiently.
- Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in kitchen operations when necessary.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant service or hospitality roles.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience with upselling is a plus.
