Job Specification:
We're seeking a dynamic Retail Supervisor who not only possesses a keen eye for fashion but also demonstrates strong leadership and people-motivating skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example to motivate and inspire our dedicated shop-floor team.
- Assisting customers in making selections by providing expert advice and suggestions.
- Managing cash, keys, and opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
- Creatively merchandising items in-store to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
- Processing online orders efficiently for dispatch.
- Utilising social media platforms to promote new products and offers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in supervisor role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fashion-forward mindset and knowledge of current trends.
Flexible to work weekends.
