At Jaffray Care we are experienced at supporting people who may need a little extra help because of their complex health care needs, physical disability, sensory impairment, mental health needs or require palliative care.
We are looking for Full Time caring and committed Care Support Workers to work in our residential and nursing home in Erdington.
Your work will contribute to the people we support living a more comfortable, dignified, liberated and happy life.
You will work as part of a team ensuring that all service users receive a high quality of care providing 24 hour/7day week care to our Service Users.
This requires maximum reliability and flexibility including working alternative weekends. Shift patterns are 12 hours.
You will assist Service Users with personal care, paying attention to the individual’s care plans/guidelines; prepare snacks or meals as required for Service Users; assist Service Users with their toiletry needs throughout the day according to their care plans.
The post is multi-role; therefore, all aspects of physical and personal care, emotional and social needs will be carried out.
