Resident Liaison Officer – Immediate Start
We're looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a busy refurbishment project.
As the key link between residents and the site team, you'll ensure clear communication throughout the project while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents.
- Keep residents informed of project progress and upcoming works.
- Arrange property access and coordinate with the site team.
- Respond to resident enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and support the successful delivery of the project.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer.
- Experience working on occupied refurbishment or social housing projects.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
