Our Property Managers are travelling between properties for a large proportion of their time and whilst managing the properties, they will sometimes be expected to do last minute cleaning, some small maintenance jobs and even take the rubbish out - this is a physically demanding role and will really suit someone who does not just want to sit behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Conduct regular property inspections and arrange necessary maintenance
- Handle tenant communications, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with all property legislation and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records and update property management systems
- Be prepared to do what's needed (cleaning, maintenance, rubbish removal) to get the property ready before a tenant moves in.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in property management or lettings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of relevant property legislation and compliance
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
- Proficiency in property management software and IT systems
- A valid driver’s licence (preferred, depending on the role)
