Ready to step away from demanding shifts without stepping away from your healthcare career? As a PIP Disability Assessor, you’ll use your clinical experience in a completely different way. Instead of hands-on care, you’ll conduct consultations by phone, video and face-to-face, exploring how a person’s health condition or disability affects their daily living and mobility.
You’ll then use your clinical knowledge to produce clear, objective reports that help people access the support they may be entitled to.

- £40,000 - £42,000 starting salary
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm – no nights or weekend shifts
- 50/50 hybrid working once training is complete
- 12 weeks fully paid training
- Up to £4,000 salary progression by 12 months

Who Can Apply? We’re looking for healthcare professionals with:
- Active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
- 1+ year post-qualification experience with adult patients aged 16–65
- Strong communication, IT and report-writing skills
- A compassionate and professional approach
- Full UK Right to Work – no sponsorship available
Suitable professionals include Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists.
