Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative functions
- Lead and motivate the dental team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of care and service
- Manage financial aspects such as billing, coding, insurance claims processing, and budgeting to maintain profitability and financial sustainability
- Oversee human resources activities including hiring, onboarding, staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and industry standards
- Implement practice policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes excellent patient experiences and encourages repeat visits
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or dental setting with strong management skills
- Demonstrated ability in financial management including budgeting, billing processes, and revenue cycle management
- Experience in human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of dental practice or a strong background in healthcare management is essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively and engage with patients professionally
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks and compliance requirements
