Overview
We are seeking a skilled Labourer / Stove Installer to join our dynamic team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing stoves and related equipment across various sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with construction and maintenance, and the ability to interpret schematics. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within the trade, working on diverse projects that require precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Install and assemble stoves in accordance with manufacturer specifications and schematics
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on stove units and associated equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions
- Assist with construction tasks related to stove installation sites, ensuring safety standards are met
- Repair equipment as needed, troubleshooting mechanical issues efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Skills
- Experience reading schematics and technical diagrams
- Construction experience, including plastering, site preparation and installation work
- Ability to operate relevant tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients
- Hetas / oftec trained is an advantage but not nessesary

All training will be provided as well as ppe and wages are negotioable depending on skills.
