We are looking for a friendly and reliable barista - FOH to join our growing vegan artisan café team in SW London.
This is a full-time role in a relaxed, quality-focused café environment with speciality coffee, vegan pastries and a small, supportive team.
Job Overview
You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and drinks, providing excellent customer service and helping maintain a welcoming café atmosphere.
Duties
- Preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages
- Dialling in coffee and maintaining consistency
- Steaming dairy-free and vegan milks to a high standard
- Preparing latte art and maintaining presentation quality
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Handling orders and payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee and service area
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
Qualifications
- Previous barista or café experience required
- Good knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming
- Experience working with vegan and dairy-free milks
- Ability to produce basic latte art
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Passion for speciality coffee and vegan products is a plus
- Ability to work well within a small team environment
