Welcome to The Eliott, Gibraltar’s finest hotel. We’re now looking for a Head Chef to oversee the food programme across our property- someone who leads with confidence, supports team development and keeps the kitchen running like clockwork.
The Head Chef will manage all kitchen activities across our two outlets and event catering, overseeing a motivated team and ensuring food quality and guest satisfaction reach standards that exceed expectations!

Oversee all food outlets within our hotel

Help recruit, onboard, and mentor kitchen team members

Guide and support the team during service, stepping in across all sections when needed

Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency and high standards in presentation and quality

HACCP trained, and confident upholding the highest hygiene standards and compliance with health and food safety regulations

Bring structure, energy, and calm leadership to a fast-paced environment

Dedication and experience to produce consistently excellent food

Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality-led hotel kitchen

Operational know-how and confidence to manage systems

Calm under pressure, with strong communication and people management skills

An organised and reliable leader who takes ownership and leads by example
