The Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Spa Night Cleaner to join our Spa team. Working overnight, you will play a vital role in ensuring our luxury spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, ready to welcome guests each morning.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and is committed to creating an exceptional environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitise all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, changing rooms, showers, toilets, relaxation areas, poolside, and public areas.
Ensure all cleaning is completed to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Replenish towels, toiletries, and guest amenities throughout the spa.
Carry out scheduled deep cleaning tasks and follow cleaning checklists.
Safely use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly.
Dispose of waste and recycling in line with company procedures.
Ensure the spa is fully prepared for opening each morning.
Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures at all times.
About You
Previous cleaning experience, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or luxury environments, is beneficial but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
Physically capable of carrying out cleaning duties throughout the shift.
Flexible to work overnight shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional standards.
