Sales Support Coordinator — Amco Renewables
Amco Renewables is a wholesale supplier of renewable energy equipment to installers across the UK. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to keep our sales process running like clockwork.
The role
You'll be the glue between our sales team, our customers, and our operations — processing orders accurately, chasing down details, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Our installers rely on us for reliable supply; when things go smoothly on our end, it means their projects stay on track and their customers stay happy.
What you'll be doing
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, from quote through to delivery
- Supporting the sales team with admin, quotes, and order queries
- Being a first point of contact for installer customers — answering questions, resolving issues, keeping them informed
- Maintaining accurate records across our systems (pricing, stock, order status)
- Spotting errors before they become problems, and following up until things are actually sorted
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to keep orders moving
- Delivering excellent customer service to our installer customers
What we're looking for
- Genuinely good attention to detail — you notice when something doesn't add up
- Methodical and organised, with a system for keeping on top of things
- Comfortable with process and accuracy under pressure, without cutting corners
- A real "get it done properly" attitude — you care about getting it right, not just getting it out the door
- Excellent customer service. Comfortable dealing directly with trade customers
- Previous experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service is a bonus.
