Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Private Nanny/Housekeeper to provide exceptional care and household management within a private residence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the family’s daily routines, ensuring a clean and organised environment, and delivering outstanding childcare. Responsibilities
- Providing attentive childcare tailored to the needs of children, including organising activities, supervising playtime, and assisting with homework if required
- Managing household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and organising household supplies
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, managing household calendars, and coordinating family commitments
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times, including adhering to safety protocols and supervising outdoor activities
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming home environment by performing light housekeeping duties
- Communicating effectively with family members regarding daily routines and any specific requirements or concerns
- Demonstrating leadership in managing household priorities efficiently while providing excellent customer service to the family
Requirements
- Proven experience in childcare or household management roles; management or hospitality experience is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy household setting
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities while managing household routines smoothly
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour
- Organised approach to daily tasks with attention to detail in housekeeping duties
- Flexibility to adapt to the family’s needs and schedule; reliability is essential
