Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

£48,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + 28 Days Holiday
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge with a growing domiciliary care provider?
We're recruiting for a well-established home care service in Crawley, West Sussex, operating since 2019 and currently delivering around 2,000 care hours per week. With ambitious growth plans, this is an excellent opportunity to join a provider that is committed to delivering high-quality care while expanding its services.
The Role
- As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring exceptional standards of care and full CQC compliance. You'll also play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Participation in the weekend on-call rota

About You: We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
- Has a strong understanding of CQC regulations and a proven track record of maintaining compliance.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for service users.
- Has experience or an interest in business development and growing a care service.
- Is an effective leader who can motivate, develop and support a dedicated team.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
