Duties
- Assist the Manager in coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments
- Support team supervision, providing guidance, motivation, and mentorship to staff members
- Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain compliance and uphold quality standards
- Facilitate communication between management and staff, ensuring clarity of goals and expectations
- Contribute to planning and executing training programs focused on enhancing skills such as teaching, customer service, or technical knowledge
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes
- Address operational issues promptly by troubleshooting problems and proposing viable solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a relevant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to organize tasks efficiently and manage multiple priorities under pressure

Pay: £16.00-£17.00 per hour
