The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Property Repairs & Cleaning Operative to join our growing team. This varied, hands-on role combines property repairs, maintenance and specialist cleaning across new build developments and residential properties, ensuring homes are completed to a high standard and ready for customer handover.
Location
This is a field-based role covering Plymouth and surrounding areas. You will travel between different client sites each day, and the specific sites may vary depending on business requirements.
The Role
· Carry out general property repairs and maintenance.
· Complete caulking, silicone and mastic repairs.
· Undertake basic painting, decorating, snagging and making-good works.
· Carry out general handyman and basic external maintenance duties.
· Complete new build sparkle and detail cleans.
· Clean show homes, void properties and occasional end-of-tenancy properties.
· Carry out window cleaning, carpet cleaning and stain removal.
· Clean patios, balconies and other internal or external areas.
· Complete basic grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, strimming and hedge trimming.
· Record work accurately and comply with health and safety procedures.

Working Hours
· Monday to Friday.
· Minimum 40 hours per week.
· Typical hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm, subject to site requirements.
· Occasional evening or weekend overtime may be available.
Role Criteria – Essential
· Relevant experience in property repairs, maintenance, professional cleaning, voids or new build handover work.
· Experience in new build sparkle cleaning.
· Full clean UK driving licence.
· Ability and willingness to travel between sites each day.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Pride in delivering high-quality work.
· Positive and flexible approach.
· Good customer service and communication skills.
· Good time management and organisational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Basic IT skills and ability to record work completed.
Role Criteria – Desirable
· CSCS Card or willingness to obtain one.
· Experience across both property repairs and professional cleaning.
· Window or carpet cleaning experience.
· Basic grounds maintenance experience.

Pay: £31,200.00-£36,400.00 per year
