Overview
We are looking for an experienced qualified tutor who has significant experience in delivering the Coaching Professional Level 5 apprenticeship standard. It is essential that you are familiar with the standard with taking people through the programme from start to apprenticeship assessment stage.
We are looking for someone who can commit for 8 hours per week and for an on-going period which is likely to be for the next 12 months.
Duties
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to each student’s learning goals and needs
- Develop customized lesson plans and instructional materials to enhance understanding and retention
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to motivate improvement
- Utilize effective communication skills to clarify complex concepts
- Maintain organized records of coaching activities, session notes, and progress reports
- Adapt teaching strategies based on individual learning styles and feedback to maximize success
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, curiosity, and confidence
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English language communication skills for effective instruction and interaction
- Coaching qualification at level 5
- A teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience in coaching people in past roles in industry.
- Proven teaching or tutoring experience with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse learners of all ages and backgrounds
- IT skills for scheduling sessions, using online platforms, and maintaining digital records
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple students and track progress efficiently
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively

Pay: £18.67-£37.95 per hour
