SEERS Medical is the UK's leading manufacturer of medical examination couches, treatment tables, patient trolleys, and ergonomic seating. We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and organised Logistics Co-ordinator to join our Logistics team.
Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will play a key role in coordinating export shipments while also supporting the UK Logistics team as required, including providing cover during periods of annual leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the shared Logistics inbox and respond to customer enquiries, alongside managing a personal email inbox.
- Generate packing lists and commercial invoices, ensuring they are sent promptly to customers and freight forwarders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally.
- Obtain freight quotations for customer enquiries and live orders.
- Arrange collections for export shipments.
- Liaise with the Production team to provide customers with accurate delivery updates.
- Produce weekly customer reports where required.
- Coordinate container collections when necessary.
- Provide support to the wider Logistics team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required
Essential
- Proven experience in a logistics / transport role.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English Language at Grade 4 (C) or above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Sage 200 experience
- Export logistics experience

Additional Information
This is a full-time, permanent position based fully onsite at our headquarters in Debenham, Suffolk.

Salary from £26,000 p/a, dependent on experience.
Working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday, based on a 37.5 hour week.
