Duties
- Operate fabric cutting machines and hand tools to precisely cut fabric pieces based on detailed patterns and measurements
- Prepare fabric rolls and organize materials for efficient workflow within the production area
- Assist with manufacturing tasks and supporting the assembly of finished products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, material handling, and shipment preparation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Responsible for receiving and dispatching of goods
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling and material movement
- Previous cutting experience is preferred though not essential
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Ability to lift and handle heavy rolls of fabric
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate cutting and quality control throughout the process
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to support collaborative work environments
