Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support executive operations and streamline daily activities of Managing Director.

Duties
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and flexibility
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette to address inquiries or direct calls appropriately
- Prepare, organize, and prioritize correspondence including emails, memos, and other communications using Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into various systems such as Excel or other accounting software as needed
- Assist with administrative projects by organizing files, maintaining records, and supporting clerical functions such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Coordinate logistics for meetings or events, including venue arrangements and material preparation
- Support daily office operations through effective organization and timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience in PA role
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and fast typing speed
- Strong clerical experience including filing, record keeping, and general office duties
- Exceptional phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
