Help Build Our UK Operations From the Ground Up
We are an established international beauty brand expanding into the UK and are looking for a hands-on Operations & Warehouse Manager to help launch and grow our UK operation.
This is not a traditional management-only role. Our UK operation will initially be small, so we’re looking for someone who can lead the operation while also handling the day-to-day work.
You will work closely with our US headquarters while independently managing UK operations. As the business grows, you’ll help recruit and build a local team.
Key Responsibilities
Help set up and manage our UK warehouse and operations.
Handle day-to-day order fulfilment, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and returns.
Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
Coordinate couriers, freight, vendors, and local service providers.
Manage Shopify orders and e-commerce operations.
Assist with Amazon operations; experience is a plus.
Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.
Develop processes and procedures as the operation grows.
Coordinate regularly with our US headquarters.
Recruit, train, and manage additional UK staff as needed.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in operations, warehouse management, fulfilment, logistics, e-commerce, or a similar role.
Hands-on mentality and willingness to handle everyday operational tasks.
Highly organized, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with inventory, shipping, and order fulfilment.
Shopify experience preferred.
Amazon Seller Central experience is a plus.
Beauty, cosmetics, retail, or e-commerce experience is a plus.
Experience helping launch or grow a new operation is highly desirable.
Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
