Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with young children. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning, development, and well-being of children
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods, ensuring their safety at all times
- Support children's emotional and social development through positive guidance and interaction
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team environment focused on high-quality childcare
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns
- Organise and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Ensure the childcare environment is clean, safe, and stimulating for all children
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development stages
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving transportation

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
