Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and menus
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive learning environment
- Serve dishes in an appealing manner, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards

- Strong culinary skills with a focus on meal preparation and cooking techniques
