Hot Tub / General Maintenance Personnel
An opportunity to join our team at the 5* Spa Retreat just 3 miles from the Market town of Helmsley. Set within our lodge park across rolling parkland are exceptional facilities, grounds and state of the art lodges. Situated within the central facilities is a wild swim pond with full state-of-the-art spa facilities along with restaurant.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Hot Tub/Maintenance team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Changing over water and cleaning of hot tubs for each new arrival, ensuring chemicals are at a safe level at all times
- Working to a deadline to achieve all the changeovers required, whilst ensuring the standards are upheld
- Ensuring all spa pools are frequently tested and treated to ensure chemicals are always at a safe level in line with our Company Health and Safety Policy
- Ensuring the park is well maintained at all times, to create a welcoming environment for holiday makers
- General grounds maintenance including mowing and strimming the grounds, and upkeep of all garden areas
- General holiday home maintenance
- Working in conjunction with the House Keeping Team, to ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Carrying out training as required to perform your duties to the highest and safe standard, full training provided
Key Skills & Experience

- Previous Hot Tub and general Maintenance experience is desirable, but full training can be provided to the right candidate
- A full driving license is required due to the need to work on machinery and the use of a range of vehicles in the job role

Maintenance Manager and Hot Tub Supervisor
Benefits, Salary/Hours and Work
You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week including an unpaid lunch break of 30 minutes each day – £12.75 per hour. You will be contracted to work on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
As our park is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, bank holidays throughout the year and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
Uniform will be provided and training will be given.
