Location: Skelmersdale - WN8 8DY
We're looking for a professional Class 2 Driver to support our growing operation in Skelmersdale. Working across the North West, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service to our customers while maintaining the highest safety standards.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Multi drop delivery - between 6 and 10 drops across the North West
Manual handling of customer products in rolling cages, boxes, pallets and loose items. Use of manual pallet truck is required
Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
Ideally have 12 months recent Class 2 driving experience
Must be comfortable with manual handling
Previous experience working Night Shift would be beneficial
