About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our business. As Duty Manager, you will lead by example, supervise the team during shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team during shifts to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Support the management team with the daily operation of the business.
- Ensure the business is clean, safe, and presented to a high standard at all times.
- Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve their best performance.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Help achieve sales targets and maintain excellent service standards.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Experience:
- Hospitality management: 2 years (preferred)
