Summary:
A front of house assistant is a vital part of our team, dedicated to delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring smooth restaurant and bar operations. Located in Kirkby Lonsdale, this full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a renowned hospitality establishment committed to excellence.
Your work pattern will be determined by your flexibility and experience, the option for partial live in exists if for example working your full time hours across 4 days, stay over3 nights , then enjoying the equivalent of 3.5 days off away from the inn.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Support kitchen staff with meal preparation when needed.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications:
You should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and prior experience in hospitality or restaurant settings. Experience in food preparation work is advantageous. A commitment to providing exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety is essential.
