Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
Our client is a rapidly growing compliance consultancy that supports businesses across the UK with specialist compliance solutions and subscription-based services. With continued expansion and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their Swansea-based team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting prospective clients into long-term customers. Working primarily over the phone, you will engage with both outbound prospects and inbound enquiries, building relationships and identifying the most suitable solutions for each client's needs.
Key Responsibilities
. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's services
. Manage and convert inbound leads into paying customers
. Identify customer requirements through effective questioning and active listening
. Recommend appropriate service packages based on business needs
. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
. Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets
. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
. Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Candidate Requirements
. Previous B2B sales experience preferred (minimum 1 year advantageous)
. Confident and professional telephone manner
. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
. Self-motivated, target-driven and results-focused
. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
. Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
