Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with clients through friendly communication and personalized service
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and grooming
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and products are properly sanitized and maintained for optimal performance
Experience
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a strong portfolio of diverse styles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients of all backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience working in a salon or barbershop setting is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners
