Fig & Olive is a family-run restaurant just outside Birmingham, and we're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Front of House Waiting Staff to join our team.

We are particularly looking for team members who are available to work regularly once the school holidays finish and throughout the school term. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent hours during term time, while still being flexible to work a variety of shifts.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for people who:
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality and great customer service
- Are friendly, confident and enjoy working as part of a team
- Have previous waiting or hospitality experience, although full training can be provided for the right person
- Are flexible and reliable during school term time
- Can work a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
- Are available to work fromSeptember onwards and throughout school term time
- Can remain calm and professional during busy services
- Are willing to learn our menu and drinks so they can confidently recommend and upsell to guests
- Take pride in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer
