Join Our Growing Property Services Team
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our expanding team working across social housing properties throughout Hampshire.
Based from our Fleet office, you'll travel to properties carrying out void property cleans, environmental cleaning, and post-refurbishment cleans, helping ensure homes are clean, safe and ready for new tenants.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deep cleaning void properties ready for new tenants
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to a high standard
- Carrying out post-refurbishment and builders' cleans
- Environmental cleaning of communal areas and external spaces
- Biohazard Cleans
- Removing dust, debris and waste following maintenance or refurbishment works
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damage identified during cleaning
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to company standards
- Travelling to properties across Hampshire as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous professional cleaning experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Experience within social housing, property maintenance or construction cleaning is desirable
- Good attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
