In this role, you will be well-organised, demonstrate initiative, and possess problem-solving skills. Base: Mansfield South East Family Hub Network including, but not limited to, Ravensdale Family Hub, NG18 2DN, and Oak Tree Family Hub, NG18 3PJ.
Base: Mansfield West Family Hub network including, but not limited to Ladybrook Family Hub, NG19 6EW, and Titchfield & Oakham Family Hub, NG18 5SL.
As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

Organising and managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Supporting a team, providing advice and guidance.

Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to General Data Protection Regulations.

Utilising IT software, including MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

Travelling between hubs as needed to support our services.
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Experience in using a range of IT software, including MS Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (taxi service provided for those with disabilities).

A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and understanding data protection regulations.
