We are seeking experienced Front of House Assistant's to join our team at a busy and thriving local village pub & B&B. We are a close, friendly and hard working team that are looking to grow due to our continued success.
We would like to invite candidate's looking for part time positions to apply. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a background in restaurant, bartending, or hospitality.
*Duties*
- Greet customers as they enter the pub and provide assistance
- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
- Maintain a clean and organised area
- Help customers with enquiries and provide product information
- Housekeeping Duties for our 5 En-Suite Rooms
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant, bartending, or hospitality is desirable but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
